Greg's Chili

First, I want to shout out to all the men and women who have and do faithfully serve our country and work to make it a safe place for all of us. Thank you!

Courtesy of Veteran's Day I got to have my husband home for the day. While Greg is not the main cook in our household, he can definitely hold his own in skill. He makes the best chili that I have ever had the pleasure of tasting, and it truly makes the perfect Fall/Winter dinner. Tonight he took a turn at dinner and made his awesome recipe. But I believe that I perfected it. ;) I added a teaspoon of sour cream and some shredded pepper jack cheese to my bowl, and it was awesome. It was so awesome, in fact, that I decided I had to share it on here. :)

Chili with corn bread is definitely a cold season staple in our home. What are some of yours?
