Walk for Life

This weekend I enjoyed the privilege of documenting the Walk For Life, a fund raiser benefiting the Women's Resource Clinic, one of our charitable contribution program partners. The weather was a bit chilly and rainy, but that did not hinder the festivities at all.

Scrambles and Knudsen provided food and drinks. Restored Clothing Company printed awesome t-shirts for the event.

Participants also enjoyed face painting, animal petting, awesome music, and raffle give-aways! There were so many adorable children there; man did they love splashing in the rain. Everyone seemed to have a great time. Enjoy the slideshow!

We are super excited about another great opportunity to help support one of our favorite charities, the Women's Resource Clinic. On May 2nd, the clinic is hosting their annual Walk For Life at Pleasant Valley High School. The Women's Resource Clinic is one of the four charities that we help support through our charitable giving program. Join us in supporting this event to help raise money for a great service that is provided to our local community. We hope to see you there! Click here to sign up and get more information.

Welcome

Welcome to our new website! Crystal and I are very excited to launch this new baby business. With Très Bébé, we are wrapping three major passions that we have -- photography, children, and giving -- into one package. It's a thrilling opportunity!

While you're here, you might want to read about why we've started this business and who we are. Most importantly, check out our charitable giving program!

If you're local to the Chico area, we hope to see you at the Green Baby Expo on June 21. Please stop by our booth and say, "Hi!" We would be thrilled to meet you! Not only that, but we'll also have a sample baby's first year album and samples of our fine art and gallery-wrapped canvas prints in our booth.

Thanks

I'd like to end this post by thanking a few people:

  • Amber and Nathan Holritz. Amber and Nathan have their own photography business back in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I'm also proud to call them family. They have answered countless questions over the last few months, and they have selflessly shared any information that we've needed.
  • Kevin Swan. Kevin, a wedding photographer in Indianapolis, also knows a lot about graphic design. He was instrumental in the process of creating the brand for this new business.
  • Lori and Mica Moreno. Lori and Mica own the Restored Clothing Company. In addition to being wonderful friends, they did the screen printing for the cute diapers we'll be using as giveaways at the expo this weekend.
  • Rachelle, Ariana, and Emily. My sweet girls have helped my heart for kids to go from deep to impossibly deep. And to top it off, they still love me even though I'm sure they believe I have a laptop permanently growing out of my legs after the last couple of weeks of work on this launch. They are the most precious children that a Dad could ever ask for. Girls, I love you with all my heart!
